I haven’t purchased a lot of Alden in 2019 but it became a great start in 2020 by the acquisition of this cool boot, Whiskey George. 

They were supposed to arrive in the fall of 2019 but it is definitely worth to wait.  😄

It has very beautiful whiskey shade and the total design of this makeup is highly well-balanced.  ☺️

Basically, I prefer reverse welt or storm welt because I personally feel they have massive look on the sole while flat welt is quite simple.  To tell the truth, I thought this boot might be better with storm welt, however, I was totally wrong...  

360 degree flat welt rather looks wider and double leather sole also adds enough volume.  Plaza last is somehow formal but its large heel creates a great combination with narrow toe.

Belt strap as the feature of George Boot also adds unique impression on the total design.  I’m really looking forward to breaking in on this!  😄
